Woodall Nicholson Holdings Limited acquire JM Engineering Limited and Promech Solutions Limited

Woodall Nicholson Holdings Limited (WNHL) has acquired the entire share capital of JM Engineering Limited and Promech Solutions Limited. The WNHL Group trades as Coleman MilneColeman Milne Specialist Vehicles, Mellor Coachcraft, and Treka Bus.
JM Engineering and Promech Solutions are both based on the Plaxton Park Manufacturing Site in Scarborough and have an excellent reputation as suppliers to the vehicle manufacturing sector. Both businesses will continue to operate from their existing Scarborough facilities and Mark Eccles founder and owner of the businesses will continue as Managing Director.
John Randerson, Managing Director of Woodall Nicholson Bus Division commented

I am delighted that JM Engineering and Promech Solutions joins a group that is growing, we have some exciting challenges ahead, with growth potential in the specialist vehicle sector as we leverage our low floor and electric vehicle platforms. Additionally, JM Engineering and Promech Solutions have an extensive customer base who will be delighted to learn that business for them will continue as normal and Mark and his team will continue to provide the outstanding levels of quality, flexibility, and value that they have become accustomed to.”

This acquisition will complement the substantial growth already achieved and underpin the future growth aspirations of the Woodall Nicholson Group which has gone from strength to strength since Woodall Nicholson was acquired by its current investors in July 2013.
