Brunskill Family Funerals, an established funeral directors based in Chessington and Twickenham, have taken delivery of a new Norwood Classic Hearse. The stylish new vehicle is the latest addition to the Brunskill fleet and is their first brand-new vehicle from Coleman Milne.
The family run funeral directors have over 27 years of experience in providing care and support for their community; Edward Brunskill – Dip.FD first learned the trade as an apprentice at an independent family funeral business and progressed to manage a number of large funeral homes across multiple locations in the London area.
Edward pooled decades of knowledge and expertise into establishing his own funeral business and is joined by his son, Joshua Brunskill – Cert FAA, who has taken a keen interest in the profession from an early age. Both are well respected for the professionalism and care they put into their work.
Designed for cleaner fuel economy, the Ford hybrid Norwood Classic automatically shifts from petrol to electric power, reducing emissions and saving fuel with every turn of the wheel. Perfect for the funeral industry, the range offers a unique driving experience with its refined automatic transmission and ability to pull away silently.
Functionality is fused with aesthetics; the Vogue Grey deck and panoramic glass roof make a grand statement and are complemented by coverboards, illuminated signage and personalised name plates. The two-coffin deck, expansive underdeck and advanced in-vehicle technology ensures this hearse delivers on practicality.
Edward Brunskill commented:
“With this part electric hybrid motor hearse, we want to ensure we play our part in the impact to the environment and provide our clients with a pristine motor vehicle for their loved one’s final journey. Whilst at the same time working on our ethos of affordability for all when it comes to funeral costs and choice. Many thanks to Coleman Milne.”
