Coleman Milne is delighted to announce a major milestone, the company has now taken its 100th order for the Mercedes 214 AMG Line. The landmark order comes from Clydebank Co-operative Society – Clydebank, led by Funeral Manager Scott Milton, who has chosen a Mercedes 214 AMG Line Petrol/Mild Hybrid hearse along with three matching limousines. The vehicles are scheduled for delivery in January 2026.

The order from Clydebank Co-operative Society reflects growing confidence in the Mercedes 214’s quality, performance, and specification, all underpinned by Coleman Milne’s proven build standards and customer support.
The Mercedes 214 AMG Line has quickly established itself as one of the most popular models in its class, recognised for its blend of modern design, efficiency, and innovation. The hearse specification includes a panoramic glass roof provided as standard, along with illuminated exterior signage and a comprehensive list of premium features such as satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, air conditioning, and a reversing camera – all included as standard. Powered by a Petrol/Mild Hybrid system, the fleet offers a smooth, responsive drive that combines performance with economy and remains fully ULEZ compliant
The decision to place the order followed a period of close engagement between Scott Milton and Tony Kerr, Coleman Milne’s Account Manager for Scotland. Through Tony’s regular visits, Scott was able to view the Mercedes 214 range, take part in on-site demonstrations, and test drive the vehicles himself, an experience that confirmed his decision to choose Coleman Milne.
To support the purchase, Sean Dean, Used Sales Manager, carried out a personal visit to perform a full part-exchange evaluation. This detailed assessment ensured accuracy, transparency, and allowed the order to be placed with no deposit required, highlighting Coleman Milne’s commitment to making the process as straightforward as possible.
