We’re delighted to congratulate our welding team on successfully renewing their certification under the internationally recognised ISO 9606-1:2017 standard for fusion welding of steels. This latest achievement reflects their continued skill, hard work, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
The ISO 9606-1:2017 certification is a considerable undertaking. It requires welders to demonstrate precision and consistency under controlled testing conditions, and once again our team proved they were more than up to the task. They showcased their expertise across MMA, MIG/MAG, and TIG welding processes, completing supervised test welds that were then put through mechanical and non-destructive testing to meet strict quality and integrity criteria.
This certification matters because it underpins the quality of every Coleman Milne vehicle. When you invest in one of our hearses or limousines, you can trust that every weld has been carried out by qualified professionals to internationally recognised standards, resulting in stronger, safer, and more durable construction.
