A new generation of Mercedes-Benz funeral vehicles has arrived at Strathmore Funeral Directors in Forfar, with the addition of a Coleman Milne Mercedes-Benz 214 hearse.
The new three-bearer hearse joins the funeral director’s existing Mercedes-Benz 212 hearse and limousine, continuing a long-standing relationship with Coleman Milne and adding the latest Mercedes-Benz model to its established fleet.
Built on the Mercedes-Benz 214 AMG Line and powered by petrol mild hybrid technology, the new hearse combines a spacious three-bearer configuration with the comfort and technology required for everyday funeral service.
The glass roof and grey deck create a bright, open presentation area, allowing clear visibility of the coffin and floral tributes during the procession. Wreath rails provide a practical and secure way to carry floral arrangements, while maintaining a clean and considered presentation.
Behind the wheel, satellite navigation and Bluetooth provide useful connectivity throughout the working day, with air conditioning adding further comfort for the driver.
