Coleman Milne are delighted to appoint David Ward-Walker as Aftercare Manager to lead the expanding Customer Aftercare, Warranty & Service operation.
During his 36-year career in the automotive industry, David has covered all aspects of main dealership operations and progressed to controlling the After-Market Division at Pendragon Plc. Designing a parts program and building a sales force to supply 10 OEM franchises to the independent repairer network are just some of his achievements within this 10 year position.
David’s extensive knowledge and experience in operations across both retail and commercial markets will improve efficiencies and deliver on identifying and exceeding customer expectations. As part of his role, David will oversee the UK service network of authorised repair agents and manage the warranty function.
Coleman Milne remains committed to continuous quality improvement and has invested heavily in three new STL Cyclone ‘downdraft’ spray-booths and a new purpose-built Quality Hub along with a recent recruitment drive to add additional skilled staff and apprentices to the growing team.
