A brand-new Mercedes-Benz hearse and matching limousine have been handed over at Coleman Milne’s Westhoughton manufacturing site to Darren Anders Funeral Directors, a new independent funeral business launching in St Helens.
Darren brings years of experience to the role, having worked as a funeral celebrant conducting thousands of services for funeral directors across the North West.
The new hearse is finished in Black Obsidian with a Grey deck and built on the Mercedes-Benz Petrol Mild Hybrid platform, combining the coachbuilding quality Coleman Milne is known for with the fuel efficiency of modern hybrid technology. The matching limousine completes the pairing, giving Darren Anders Funeral Directors a smart, cohesive fleet from the outset.
Darren travelled to Westhoughton in person to collect the vehicles, supplied in partnership with Sean Deane. It marks the first step in what’s expected to be an ongoing relationship as the fleet continues to grow.
