Charles Mace and Sons Funerals Invest in Coleman Milne Mercedes

Established in 1894, Charles Mace and Sons Funerals remains independent and is now operated by the fifth generation of the Mace family.

Well respected and trusted by the Berwick-Upon-Tweed and surrounding communities for their personal touch, the company offers a dignified and complete service which benefits from their own service chapel.

After successfully running a 2009 Mercedes hearse, Coleman Milne is thrilled to supply their latest brand-new fleet edition, the E213 Classic hearse, and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their loyalty.

Drawing upon four decades of Mercedes- Benz expertise, the E213 classic hearse has been perfected by the Coleman Milne team and is the embodiment of performance and contemporary elegance.

Benefitting from a modern-style glass roof, the hearse also includes a practical and stylish burled amber deck, wreath rails, illuminated signage and integral coverboards.

With leather upholstery throughout, electric height-adjustable heated front seats, climate control and self-levelling suspension, the E213 delivers on the ultimate in comfort.

Driver’s tech includes satellite navigation, Bluetooth and an innovative centre console for ease of operation.

Malcolm Mace commented:

“We have a good, long relationship with Coleman Milne and their cars have proven to be well designed and built. The style and elegance of the vehicles has left a lasting impression with our families, and we have enjoyed many positive comments.”
