When their new hearse and limousine were left unfinished, Leroy Funerals turned to Coleman Milne. The result is a new Mercedes-Benz fleet, built and delivered to the standard they had been waiting for.
The vehicles were part-way through manufacture when the original coachbuilder, Wilcox Limousines, entered administration, leaving Leroy Funerals with uncertainty over an order already placed. We acquired the partially completed and completed the build to our own exacting standards.
The finished vehicles are built on the latest Mercedes-Benz E-Class with a petrol mild hybrid powertrain, offering refined performance alongside improved efficiency. The hearse features a two-bearer deck, giving the Leroy Funerals team a modern, dignified fleet for the families they serve.
Our Area Sales Manager, Rory Hussey, worked closely with Leroy Funerals throughout. He kept them informed at every stage and saw the project through from acquisition to handover.

After numerous conversations and emails between myself and Coleman Milne, our ‘work in progress’ vehicles were purchased from the administrators and completed by Coleman Milne. Grateful thanks to Rory Hussey and all who played a part in working on our vehicles. Thank you.”
